My name is Jorge Flores (he/him/él), and I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) providing virtual therapy to adults throughout Colorado in both English and Spanish. I specialize in working with men who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, alcohol use, relationship challenges, and the unique pressures that often come with trying to "hold it all together." I also have experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, people recovering from religious trauma, and those coping with immigration-related stress and identity concerns.
Many men are taught to push through emotional pain rather than talk about it. Therapy offers a space where you don't have to have all the answers or carry everything on your own. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can better understand yourself, develop practical coping strategies, and build a life that aligns with your values.
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, alcohol use, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, we'll work together to identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional resilience, and help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
